Speed Units: Kilometres per hour (km/h) or metres per second (m/s) 1 m/s = 3.6 km/h 3 m/s means something will travel 3 metres in one second.

Acceleration Acceleration is how quickly a change in velocity is happening. Units: Metres per second per second (m/s2 ) If something has an acceleration of 3m/s2 Its velocity increases by 3 m/s every second

Deceleration When a thing is slowing down it is said to be decelerating e.g. slowing down in a car. The answer is negative e.g. -.5m/s 2 Air resistance can slow bodies down.
