2. Introduction
Dissemination of A65 data was discussed at the March 2011 meeting of the A65WG (doc.A65/11/09).
Concrete plans were discussed at the March 2012 meeting (no document), and an action plan was agreed.
By December 2012, action plan has largely been implemented.
All country fiches have been uploaded
Legal references and time series references are identified
Further progress has halted, pending clarification of legal situation on status
