6. Preparing Your Team Build a team that includes key personnel
Pull your team together before the institute if possible
Acclimate new members to the institute process
Identify team member roles if you haven’t already

Click show to your Testia plan or plans for the state(s) you have/are facilitating
Your state team lead will see this if they are using the tool with local teams
