Professional Learning Communities
By offering these many services and resources, it is imperative that communication lines between community colleges, UC Davis, and industry partners remain open and vibrant. To increase this capacity building and facilitate cross-institutional learning and communication, the program will convene five professional learning communities. Professional learning communities will focus on Student Support, Engineering Education, Project Leadership, Learner Analytics, and Admissions/Outreach. Each learning community is designed to deepen the relationships between community colleges and UC Davis while providing a framework for continuous evaluation and program improvement.
