D Deliberation Matrix to assess societal costs of metier/ecoregion depending of the means of regulation: Metier profile: One Deliberation Matrix with 3 axes : For each ecoregion (mean have common metier) or case study (using all metiers or a set of them) ; Use of generic performance issues (to represent key question of social costs) ; Use of Regulation Means Proposal Regulation means effectivness: One Deliberation Matrix with 3 axes on Regulation means; Case study (China, Senegal and Jamaiqua) and Performance Issues D Development of Kercoast integrated website (in collaboration with SPICOSA project (on coastal zone management in Europe) as a complementary approach): Definition of 12 areas to discover value and disseminate knowledge of the ECOST and SPICOSA projects: A1 – Home page ; A2 – Cases Studies Visit; A3 – Futures; A4 – Stakeholders; A5 – Political Recommendations; A6 – Performance Issues ; A7 – Consult the Cube; A8 – Methodology; A9 – ToolBox; A10 – Knowledge Quality Assessment; A11 – Website & co; A12 - Documentation 3 entry points: ECOST project, SPICOSA project, KerCoast For Ecost Entry, Five pathways are proposed: * Question 1 - What's fishing problem?; * Question 2 - Social Costs Evaluation; * Question 3 - Production of costs; * Question 4 - Social Costs and Decision; * Question 5: Integrated Analysis
