Cover the sniff-cup with the tea-sipping cup. Use the thumb to press the tea-sipping cup firmly on the sniff-cup and hold the sniff-cup with the second and third finger. Flip the two cups around. The movement must be quick but not too strong to splash the tea liquid. Ladies should keep their movements to minimal. Place the cups on the tea tray and serve it to the guests with both hands.
