3 Click here  to attach a screen snapshot or file before you save a request you are opening…

4 You can use this screen to attach a screen snapshot, a text file or a URL that may contain info for the request.  Click here to locate the file you want to attach to this request.

5 Find the file . Click once to highlight the file then press the open button in the lower right.

6  Verify the file is the one you want..
 Then click “OK” to proceed.

7 Success!!!! Click close to continue !!

9 You can add a comment to any open or closed request that you can view.
If you are unsure of the request number click either the closed or open summary link OR Enter the request number here ….. then press the blue button

10  Click the request number you want to comment on.

11  Click on Add Comment

12  Then click on “Save” Enter your Comment…. (You can paste text into this field using the copy/paste).

13 CA_USD Help Desk Part 2 Extra Stuff, Re-opening a Closed Request...

14 If you are unsure of the request number click the closed summary link
OR Enter the request number here ….. then press the blue button

15  Click the request number you want to reopen.

16  Click on Reopen Request.

17  Then click on “Reopen Request”
Enter your Comment…. (You can paste text into this field using the copy/paste).

18 Thank you for your support…….
