Status Notes Supervisor completes Dept. Goals/Employee completes Self-Evaluation Initial Only employee can view the document (except Dept. Goals screen) Supervisor is notified the document is ready for review and completion of their sections. At this point, the employee can’t see supervisor comments. If the supervisor wants the employee to update a section, they should click “Return to Employee for Editing”. If they are satisfied, they will click “Review with Employee” and set up a meeting with the employee. Once it is in Review Meeting status, the employee will be able to view the supervisor comments. Supervisor completes their remaining sections No Supervisor Satisfied with Document Supervisor Review Yes Supervisor and Employee Meet to Review Supervisor and employee meet. If they both agree, the Supervisor will sign electronically. If not, the supervisor will change the status back to Initial by clicking “Return to Employee for Editing” and the employee will make any necessary changes. Supervisor and Employee Satisfied Review Meeting Supervisor Signs Once the supervisor signs the document, no more edits can be made to it. The document will then go to the employee for their signature. Complete Employee Signs Once the Division Head signs the document, it is marked as Final. Division Head Signs Final * Note: Employee is the Manager being reviewed. Division Head is the Supervisor + 1 level.
