The work begins – 11/4/17 A land bridge is installed to protect the existing track.

The work begins - 11/8/17 Track gets a saw cut – everything inside the cut must go! Goal post come down to be re-installed later.

Out with the OLD – 11/14/17

Field Stabilization – 11/20/17
Lime goes down and field must sit for 5 days and then be re-tested.

Drainage goes in – 12/5/17

Concrete Edge - 12/5/17 Concrete edge will provide an anchor when turf is later installed.

Low temps don’t stop the work! 12-14-17
Concrete work continues this week with the new goal post footings getting poured. Electrical conduit is run so wiring can be run for video and track meet timing.

Drainage tiling starts to get installed 12-14-17
Drainage tile is installed in a “V” shape to increase the amount and speed that water is caught and funneled off the field. Large sheets of landscape fabric also help to speed up field drainage.

Turf design gets final approval! 12-19-17

Ready for the TURF! January 31, 2017
Finish grade rock is laid and leveled. Football uprights are installed.

Phase 1 is complete Now we wait for warm weather!
Construction company takes down the land bridge over the track and packs up to leave our site.

First layer of infill is applied – sand Edge of synthetic surface is fastened to the concrete curb

Rubber infill starts to get applied 3-23-18

Spread and Brush In This process will be repeated and repeated for 2-3 days to get all the rubber infill spread evenly and to the correct level.
