1. Job Acceptance On The SAMS System
When you receive a new job, your SAMS system will show the following-
Click on Accept this job
Job has to be accepted within 30mins to be within the SLA

2. On The PDA / I Phone Log onto the ServiceMaster App
Enter your user name
Click GO

3. The IPhone will
show any unaccepted
Jobs.
Tap on the job to
view its details
This will show the customers details, you can tap on the telephone numbers to call the customer

4. Tap the Accept button to accept the job
Once accepted the job will move into the accepted job list
