Lessons for us Today Lessons from Leviticus 1. As stated before Leviticus revealed how to handle sin for those under that Law. 2. Atonement was its theme, and throughout God shows His conditions for pardon.

Conclusion The Bible tells us that our God is a consuming fire.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire. Hebrews 12:28-29

Conclusion The Bible tells us that our God is a consuming fire.
The love of God burns for us as a fire. His love and mercy are always available, we just need to act upon it. The availability of His love and forgiveness is not enough, we must act upon it, to receive it.
