2. 1. The grind never stops.
It’s only going to get tougher, and as you take harder classes you’ll have more work to do. Don’t procrastinate. Procrastination is a weakness of many but don’t let it be yours.

3. 2. Stay organized
Being organized will help with reducing stress. Considering junior year will get stressful at some points, organization can curtail that. (Keep a binder and a planner)

4. 3. Keep In Mind Your End Goal
Start to research some colleges so you’re not stuck having to make a decision during crunch time. Invest in checking out jobs you want to have after school.

5. 4. High School Is Temporary
The stress is temporary. Some decisions you make aren't as temporary. Be smart and remember there are not time machines, yet, so don’t do anything you will regret.

6. 5. Healthy Living
Although it is only mentioned during testing, breakfast and sleep is important. Studies show that a lack of sleep and food have an impact on your brain, which can have an impact on not only your grades but also your well being.

7. 6. Optimism Over Pessimism
Surround yourself with people who inspire and motivate you. You can’t surround yourself with negativity and expect a positive life.

8. 7.) Don’t Be Afraid To Ask For Help
It makes you feel better to be able to do things on your own but asking for help isn’t a bad thing. Even the best of the best need help sometimes.

9. 8.) High School Is Crazy
You will get overwhelmed at times but don’t be discouraged.

10. 9). Follow your heart
If you follow your heart, you will never go wrong. Junior year is the year where we start deciding what we want to do with our life. Use your energy and time on things you are passionate about.

Don’t just go with the crowd! Stand up for your beliefs and never go against what you think is right. Conformity is the weakness of the world.

Happiness is a key concept to a successful life. Spread happiness and start every day with a happy mindset.
