5 Digital Information Gateway (DIG) Overview
The Digital Information Gateway (DIG) is a tool used for searching and sharing LMAHIDTA data. DIG provides Google-style searches for databases. It federates a single search to many different databases allowing users to search tens-of-millions of up-to-date records in seconds. DIG securely controls what data users have access to. LEJIS data is also available for DIG users in addition to all other current data sources. Integration is seamless. Visual Analytics Inc. Copyright © 2011 – All Rights Reserved

6 DIG Information Sharing Network
DIG servers can be securely coupled to provide analysts and investigators access to data from different agencies or organizations in different areas. An analyst or investigator can use DIG to securely search their own data, and data provided by other agencies using a single query. Visual Analytics Inc. Copyright © 2011 – All Rights Reserved

18 Sample Dossier

19 VISUAL REPORT VIEW The Visualization Report View provides an interactive visual representation of the data in the form a force directed node graph. Each node represents a data column value and the links between the nodes represent relationships between the associated data column values. Closer nodes tend represent stronger relationships.

20 INTERACTIVE MAP The Interactive Map takes geocoded data from a Big Button report and creates an interactive map with markers representing the data. Each marker represents an element that has geographic data associated with it. Nodes with the same icon are of the same type and may also be color-coded by the administrator.

21 MAP CLUSTER VIEW The map more readable and to improve its performance, depending on the zoom level of the map, markers are clustered into single markers. Clicking on the clusters will zoom and explode the cluster into individual markers. For details on how the currently selected Report View works
