6 Definition of Enterprise Education*
To equip students/ graduates with : An enhanced capacity to generate ideas and 2. the skills to make them happen * According to the QAA NB – skills: students often think of these as technical (and we then get in to a debate about access to technical services/resources….. ) RATHER THAN personal or professional skills

7 All students are special
Creative students are: Less likely to have a conventional career path More likely to have dyslexia and/or dyspraxia Natural innovators Tangential thinkers Problem solvers Given this, creative students are almost built to be entrepreneurial.

10 Phoenix Bursaries away another two 20 seconds to take away another two
Fine Art graduates 2014 missed this opportunity to launch their professional careers. With the support of The Scottish Government, GSA established Phoenix Bursaries to help graduating students create a new body of creative practice. Phoenix Bursaries provided : An allowance towards living expenses A location in which to work for up to 15 weeks Up to 30 hours of supervision by an academic tutor An allowance towards the cost of materials and consumables The programme culminated in a group exhibition held at GSA in spring 2015. away another two 20 seconds to take away another two What 3 values are you left with?
