A glass of milk with cereals and a glass of orange juice. A glass of milk with chocolate milk, with kookies and a glass of orange juice. Lunch:Rice, omelet and a piece of fruit. Lentils, fish with salad and a piece of fruit. Mashed vegetables, meat with potatoes and a piece of fruit. Soup, chiken fillet with salad and a piece of fruit. Rice with vegetables, fish and a yogourt. Dinner:Vegetable pie, grilled meat and a piece of fruit. Pasta and a yogourt. Salad, fish and a piece of fruit. Peas with bacon, omelet and a piece of fruit. Pizza and piece of fruit.

I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Every morning I drink milk and take food from the bread and cereal group, but every day I take a few servings. In my house we eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Sometimes we take more fats, oils and sweets than we should take.

In my house we drink a lot of milk. I eat a lot of fish and meat but I eat more fish in the high school than in my house. I do some excersice. I do a lot of excersice in the high school, beacouse I have four hours of Phisical Education. But in my house I do some excersice in the weekend.
