Revile: railed; to abuse, attack verbally; malign; to assail with abusive language Proverbs 17:11-12 Matthew 12:34-35 The heart of rebellion; speak what fills heart Psalms 107:11,17 Pharisees “appeared” to be in compliance, but in reality were in open rebellion (Matt. 23:27-28) “He who despised the Word will be destroyed, but he who fears the commandment will be rewarded.” (Proverbs 13:13)
