2 Welcome to Physical Education
We love sports, we love our body and we love to have our body on a perfect fit. In Physical Education we learn to take care of that complex machine, our body.

3 THE WARM UP Before we start with the exercise is very important warm up properly our joints and stretch the muscles.

9 OUR FITNESS DRILLS We have a lot of drills for keep our fitness, but every kid in our school know perfectly the following exercises:

10 Jumping Jacks

11 Burpees

12 Cartwheels

13 Front Rolls

14 Back Rolls

15 Stretch our muscles For Relax and keep safe our muscles we make a lot of different stretches,

16 Cat and Camel (further explanation)

17 Cobra stretch

18 Downward dog stretch

19 Butterfly Stretchs

20 Splits

21 And finally don´t forget to keep low at the pyrimid ;)
