64 wt% ZrO2 in LPS-1505 1. Pre-reaction with LPS-1505 In a 40 ml vial (Thermo Scientific, #B7999-6) add the PCSM XYL . Add LPS 1505 Part B solution to the mixture and mix for 2 min at room temperature with a cap on. Add LPS 1505 Part A solution to the mixture and mix for 2 min at room temperature with a cap on. Stir at 110 C for 40 to 50 min* with a cap on. Viscosity of mixture may increase . 2. Drop cast Pipette the mixture and drop cast onto a glass slide. Keep the film for 10 min at room temperature. Bake the slide at 70 C for 20 min or longer to remove solvent and cure the film. * Drop cast films begin to get clear at 40 to 50 min. Time to gel is min. Pixelligent Privileged and Confidential 3
