Do: have fun getting them to laugh at all the problems they have had to put up with because of real grass. I.E. Spending their free time laboring in the yard instead of relaxing/playing, the mud and dirt that kids and dogs drag into the house, carpet cleaning because of the kids/dogs, having to look at an ugly yard all the time, not enjoying being outside because of the ugly yard, etc. Do: start getting them to imagine life without all problems (above) Don’t: talk too much about the expense of the problems, more about the irritations

If you have done a proper presentation, they will have no concerns/questions you haven’t addressed and will want to do business with you! Do your calculations and ask for the business; you deserve it and they deserve all the benefits we can give them.
