District President-Elect Reporting
It is important to fill out and submit reports to your District and National team. Do you agree that it is important to make a plan and track your progress? This is a quick and easy way to make sure your District team is working together and moving in the same direction. You will find working together accomplishes more. You will be able to work together to meet your goals and then pass on the baton to the next leaders – thus continuing to keep your District Strong! A District President is a 3 year commitment and you have a TEAM. District President Elect, District President and Immediate Past President each have their roles. (please refer to the Planning guide for descriptions of roles and responsibilities) You also have your Regional Vice President, Volunteer Representatives, District Directors and your National Presidents and National headquarters team. Let’s make sure to keep everyone informed.

Due by the 5th of the month
The report is very user friendly. At the top of each screen you will find an explanation. Please make sure to read the description. The month you will enter is the Activity month. For example today’s report is on last month’s activity. So you would enter last month as your activity month. The system will automatically include the date you submitted the report. Activity month

Club Building The first section is Club Building. Read the guidelines. You will have the opportunity to enter up to 5. Please make sure you are reporting on progress made each month. Also, enter any new club building projects. Then every month update on the top 5 that will be built first.

Leadership - Committees
This is the Leadership section. Again Read the description. These are POSSIBLE leaders your TEAM had come across. No current leaders should be listed. These are up and coming leaders that your District felt had good leadership skills. Keep a copy of each month’s report and at the end of the year you will have a list of leaders to consider stepping up in the district. This is part of your leadership succession plan in building up leaders in your District. Examples: You attended a club and met a great speaker! A great recruiter! A great organizer of a fundraiser… and so on!

Overall Outlook Opportunities Challenges
This is your OPEN area to include Opportunities and Challenges. Please do not put comments in your s. District leaders are keeping these reports on file to refer to in the future. They are not keeping all of the extra s that include your updates. This is what organized reports are for! Refer to them often!

Submission Confirmation
After you submit the Growth team will convert all reports at the same time, thus distributing all reports to Leaders in an organized system. See list for Leaders who are copied. Distributed
