Restore the content from previous semesters.
Combine cross-listed courses or multiple sections of the same course.
Troubleshoot the technical issues.
Communicate with Vendors.
Install new third party tools in test and, if passed, in production.
Assign templates to certain courses (FYE, EMBA, PMBA, FMBA).
Take escalations from Bb Student Services (24/7 Tier 1 Bb support).
