Any person who maintains (or directs others to maintain) contact with a prospective student-athlete, the prospective student-athlete's relatives or legal guardians or coaches during the prospective student-athlete's participation in basketball or football; and
Whose contact is directly or indirectly related to his athletics skills and abilities or his recruitment or enrollment.

Exceptions.
Reassignment – Institutions may reassign an individual from a coaching staff position to an noncoaching staff or strength and conditioning staff position, provided the individual has been a countable coach at the institution for the previous two academic years.
