2 Observation A description of an object or event (using your senses)
Example: My feet felt wet when I walked through the grass this morning.

3 Conclusion An explanation for an object or event based on observations or evidence Example: Dew formed on the grass overnight

4 Multiple conclusions can be made based on one observation
What else could have caused my feet to feel wet?

5 Let’s Practice! Write an observation and a conclusion for each part of the picture that I will show you.
