Skin: thin, dry, wrinkled, red, blotchy, flaky
Face: Pudgy, eyes swollen, flat nose, receding chin.
Eyes: puffy, , most are blue, crossed, see best at 8-10 inches.
Body: short neck, sloping shoulders, large abdomen, narrow hips.

Legs: doubled up, knees bent, fencer’s pose.
Head looks too big for body, pointy (molding), soft spots (fontanels)
May have fine downy hair on body: Lanugo.
Vernix: creamy coating on skin
Hands: fine lines, thin finger nails, closed fists
