Slit lamp microscopy shows a clear graft 3 months after full-thickness corneal transplantation. B. Topography demonstrates average refractive power of 51.2 Diopter 6 months after transplantation. C. Anterior segment optical coherent tomography presents smoothly sutured anterior (epithelial-to-epithelial, white arrows) and posterior (endothelial-to-endothelial, hollow arrows) edges of the graft to the edges of the recipient 6 months after transplantation. D. Endothelial cell density (1501/mm2) has been well maintained at 6 months after transplantation.
