The VMs can easily scale on demand, with Azure SQL Database providing the infrastructure for the customer databases, ensuring enterprise scalability when required. Azure also makes it possible for Adapt IT to create several different subscriptions, closely monitor the costs of individual environments, and constantly improve its solution.
