Infoview A single Repository providing users the ability to run reports from a suite of existing Business Object Reports. Providing a single data source with up to date information, reducing the need for duplication, reducing costs and over processing providing a quicker and easier reporting framework: Reporting catalogue has 231 Reports readily available across all areas of the Business: 1 Addiction 4 Adults / Older People 21 Children and Families 53 Criminal Justice 38 Finance 19 General (multiple categories) 15 Improving Cancer Journey 25 System Admin (data tidy up, etc) Information can be delivered in many different formats, including forms, Letters, Tables, Charts and as Excel for further analysis

Data Analytics A New Approach:
To build data sets for the core sections within the partnership which can be used often to construct reports quickly and are easily adaptable to meet our ever changing needs and aid in delivery of Transformational Change. To facilitate: Complex Calculations Dashboards Charts and Tables Projections and Trends Integrate & Merge with existing data sources (Health Data, CHI, SIMD) Data Warehousing – single location for available and up to date information

Transformational Change – GCC Data Analytics Team
A successful example of using data analytics was the recent School Clothing Grant Project which significantly changed the practise and process from Application Form based to Eligibility Criteria to deliver some of the following outcomes: Reducing Poverty Eradicate Stigma Social Inclusion Early Intervention The above was achieved by involving many different partner organisations including CBS, Financial Services, NHS to undertake data matching exercises from various different data sources to provide meaningful information which transformed this process to a more efficient and LEAN process.
