ET prepares the Evaluation Criteria ***
Proposal Evaluation and Recommendation
ET evaluates the bids using the Evaluation Criteria
ET prepares an Evaluation Report with recommendation for the best proposal
ET submits the Report and recommendation to Management for approval
ET is disbanded
Management and Board Approval
Management reviews the Evaluation Report
Management seeks Board Approval to award contract to the recommended Offtaker
Notifications
The successful company is invited for further negotiations of the Terms
Offtake Contract awarded
The unsuccessful bidders are informed of the outcome in writing by the Marketing Manager
Offtake Contract
The Contract is drafted, reviewed and executed with the new Offtaker

At every Evaluation Meeting, minutes are recorded.
• Scoring of individual members of the ET are collated.
