1 Expected Pupil Behaviour

2 School Uniform and Attire
which consists of white blouse, pinafore, white shoes and white socks (ankle length).

3 Name tags are to be worn whenever pupils are in school.

P E: Pupils must wear the correct attire for P.E., i.e. school T-shirt tucked into blue shorts.

5 Hair and accessories Hair should be kept neat and tidy.
Collar-length hair must be tied up.

6 Hair and accessories Hair accessories must be black or dark blue.
Dyed hair is not allowed. Length of fringe is to be kept above the eye-brows

7 Finger Nails Finger nails should be kept short and clean.
No nail polish or nail strengthener should be applied to finger nails.

8 Jewellery Only one pair of small, simple gold or metallic silver ear studs may be worn, one on each ear lobe. Only one religious item, i.e. necklace (concealed), bangle or ring is allowed to be used. Other accessories like friendship bands, bracelets etc. are not permitted.

9 Handphones No handphones are to be used during school hours
When confiscated, parents will be asked to personally collect the handphone from the school office.

10 Walkmans, electronic games, toys and expensive items are not to be brought to school.

11 Punctuality PM session pupils must assemble at the canteen at pm to go up to the hall for silent reading. No one is allowed to remain in class during the morning/afternoon assemblies or during recess.

12 Attendance Pupils should not be absent without a valid reason.

13 Absence from school must be explained with a medical certificate or letter from parents.

14 Pupils are not allowed to leave the school before dismissal unless an unforeseeable matter occurred at home or the child is unwell

15 Parents are to come personally to take their child home.
Parents must obtain permission from the office before doing so

16 Pupils attending extra lessons/CCA should remain in school for lunch
Pupils attending extra lessons/CCA should remain in school for lunch. They are not to leave the school.

17 Behaviour in and out of class
Pupils must enter or leave the classroom in a quick and orderly manner. Pupils must seek the class teacher’s permission to leave the classroom. Pupils are to keep their classrooms and the school premises clean at all time.

18 Behaviour in and out of class
Pupils should complete their homework neatly and submit it to the teacher punctually. Running or shouting along corridors and compounds is not allowed.

19 All school equipment and property
are to be handled with care by all pupils.

20 In the canteen Pupils must queue up in an orderly manner to buy their food. Food is to be consumed only in the canteen.

21 Plates, bowls and cutlery used in the canteen must be returned to their respective collection bins.
All litter should be disposed of into the bins provided in the canteen.

22 SERIOUS OFFENCES Pupils should not commit the following acts as they are regarded as serious offences:

Altering school documents, e.g. Forgery Vandalism Stealing Using foul language Truancy Open defiance, rudeness and showing disrespect to teachers Bullying or extorting money from fellow pupils Misbehavior in public Any other offence which may damage the good name and reputation of the school

24 Private Places Pupils are not to go to these places:
Corridor behind staff room/Office Gallery (Hall - level 2) Play ground in CSH, MKG or CCHome Sisters’ Quarter Staff Room/Lounge

25 Manners Greeting Greet all persons/sisters in the Eduplex.
Bow and say “Good morning sister” or “Good afternoon sister”
