The Makerspace has: 2 Ultimaker 2+ 3D printers
2 Matter & Form 3D scanners 2 Mac mini computers

The Ultimaker 2+ will print in many different mediums:
PLA – Thermoplastic ABS - Thermoplastic NYLON TPU – Flexible Thermoplastic PC - Polycarbonate CPE - Copolyester PLA/PHA - Polyhydroxyalkanoate XT - Copolymer nGEN FLEX – Styrene free polymer HT – BPA free polymer XT-CF20 – Carbon Fiber WOODFILL BRONZEFILL COPPERFILL

The Matter & Form 3D scanners allow you to scan an object and replicate it using the 3D Printer

The design software used by Ultimaker is CURA
It is free for download at It is compatible with CURA supports these file formats : STL – Stereo lithography CAD 3MF – 3D Manufacturing format (XML Based) OBJ – Object file
