Faculty should be updating the sections below in preparation for annual evaluation cycle: Profile: Includes personal information, contact information, current position, education, licenses and certifications, work experience, professional association, areas of interest and expertise. Activities: Includes courses taught, advising, graduate student supervision, reassigned duties, publications, funding, honors & awards, university and external service; professional development, consulting, engagement activities.

3 Panther180 – Who can see my information?
I am a Faculty employee. Who can see my information? As a faculty employee you can only view your own and no else’s Please note: Faculty employees are responsible for reviewing their data to correct, modify, add or delete information to ensure accuracy. I am a Chair. What information can I see? As a Chair, you have access to view your entire Department    I am Dean. What information can I see? As a Dean, you have access to view your entire Business Unit Who can see the entire University? Only the Office of the Provost can view the entire University

4 Panther180 – Managing the Data Sources
We are bringing in various data from different sources such as:  HR System will be providing the following data on a bi-weekly basis: Job data ORED will be providing the following data on a monthly basis: Grant expenditures Award data Student System will be providing the following data on a monthly basis: Courses taught

5 Panther180 – Timeline Summer/Fall 2016
Meetings with individual units to gather evaluation/assignments process requirements, documents, and workflows Unit testing for evaluation/assignments workflows Ongoing trainings, open labs, webinars, train-the-trainer, video tutorials Spring/Summer 2017 Feedback and enhancements Implement evaluations for AY and assignments for TBD T&P, Third Year Review, and Non-Tenure Track Promotion Sabbaticals Professional Development Leave Faculty Awards

6 Panther180 – How do I login? You may access Panther180 via one of two ways: academic.fiu.edu/panther180/ Click on the gold "Panther180 Log in“ my.fiu.edu under the faculty homepage Click on Panther180 link You will be re-directed to a single FIU page. Once there, please enter your FIU credentials, which means your "My Accounts" username (not your PantherID) and password to log in. This opens your Panther180 dashboard. The categories are on the left panel, and open drop-down lists.
