mCEX Duration : 15 minutes Methodology:
Very focused clinical skill assessment of student. One student one tutor one patient As per schedule: timing of the test and the tutor Feedback Assessment sheets

Problems: Student hunts for “lenient” tutor.
Repeats if did not like the marks More than one student examined at same time on single patient. Marks/ sheet handed to student to take to the coordinator. Many times the assessment sheets are lost Marks inflated Not discriminatory Vast majority of students have similar final IHM 8 9
