River of Poppies 2018 The concept of a massed display of poppies is not a new one

River of Poppies 2018 The aim of the Calne river of poppies is to involve local schools and children in both making the poppies and researching and dedicating each one to one of the fallen.

The poppy can be made by a variety of methods: Fabric Ceramic Wood Knitted Card Any other ideas? The Poppy will be outside for a few days in November so needs to be reasonably durable.
