Create Public site that has sample information for creating RFPs on network equipment for features necessary for advanced services.

What be done to promote Apps and Services?
Promote campuses to have liaison personnel between the researchers and networking staff in order to better understand research requirements. Also helps researchers learn about potential services.
I2 could go out to academic meetings and make the pitch that the advanced services and applications are available and the benefits of same.
