Problem
No water coming out
Probable Cause
Water line off
Water line pinched
Remedy
Make sure water line is turned on.
Make sure water line is not squeezed or pinched.
Use rinse function to see if water comes out.
Powder not dispensing
Hardened due to humidity
Gear NOT engaged in back of hopper
Remove old product wipe clean with towel, dry completely and refill with fresh product.
Remove hopper and reinstall being sure gear in back of machine is fully inserted.
Capp is Too Sweet or Too Weak
Dispense is set too heavy or light.
