Make a big batch and freeze leftovers in small lunch-size containers. Recipe: “Better-for-You Brownies” (less fat and loads of Vitamin A) Ingredients: 1 packaged brownie mix; 1 15-once canned pumpkin puree. Instructions: Mix the pumpkin into the brownie mix and bake as directed. Enjoy warm, with a glass of milk!
