Different structures information systems
Finland Sweden … Germany France … Governance not allways formalised – for example France have formalised thorugh SANDRE, in Sweden institutions cooperate through bilateral agreements. Institutional reforms – reorganisation – makes problems for governance of datamanagement. IS at institution scale – not shared.

Reference data sets INSPIRE not enough
National Data Dictionaries are being built and National Reference data are increasing. Looking for mutualisation of efforts could help for better compatability Proposal – make a lessons learned on the reporting in 2017 to make sure that problems encountered can be handled early in the coming cycle and be implemented on national level. National categories of measures – harmonize KTM índicators and intercalibrate on EU level.
