Associate in Arts & Sciences BA in Creative Writing (70 credits) English Department College of Arts, Letters, and Education Why study English and Creative Writing? At the heart of the English program is a passion for critically, creatively, and professionally understanding and using the English language. Creative writing students take workshops, literary studies classes, and theory courses in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction, all with an eye to developing their own voice and style. Scholarship Opportunities The EWU English Department offers three scholarships per year to students achieving academic excellence in their major.
