Developed at and for Stanford University (CA, USA) in 2008 – when there were very few online mentoring platforms on the market Used by universities and professional organisations around the world to run scalable, resource-efficient and high-touch mentoring programs

Overview of matching process
Mentee- led matching ‘match-making’ system uses a pre- programmed algorithm to determine Suggested Matches that meet the criteria in the mentee’s profile Mentee can also search the system on a range of other criteria to determine their best match Mentees will request mentorship via the system (can only request one mentor at a time) When requested, mentors will receive an , and can accept or decline the match
