1. Set up : Please check circuit and follow proper wiring before power up.

2. Setup 1; Add iMCB

3. All iMCB LED will be ON after power up.

4. Right Communication Module “UART” LED blinking.

5. Press “10S Reset” key for 2 sec., release the Hotspot feature

6. Then, the Hotspot LED will switch from blinking to ON steady.

7. Open WIFI setup in Mobile phone, connect WIFI SSID with the same MAC ID/Serial number as iMCB.

8. Input WIFI password

9. Mobile and iMCB WIFI Hotspot connected

10. Open mobile iMCB application

11. Click right top corner “+”, add new iMCB

12. Click search and select the located iMCB MAC ID as listed

13. Input iMCB password “admin” and Name of the installation.

14. Save

15. Setup 2: Control the iMCB

16. Select new installed iMCB, return to Main Manual

17. Select “MasterSW”

18. Select all channels

19. Click “All ON” or “All OFF”

20. Confirm all iMCB channels responsed with “All ON” or “All OFF”

21. Return to Main Manual after all channels response properly.

22. Setup 3: Modify WIFI network

23. Click right top “+”, select “Wifi modify”

24. Select your local Wifi SSID service connection.

25. Input your Wifi SSID password

26. Save Success. Will apply after 1 minute.

27. Hotspot will switch from ON steady to blinking.

28. The iMCB is successful connecting Wifi networks.

29. iMCB Hotspot service will be closed

30. Mobile should switched to iMCB Wifi with the same SSID.

31. Open the iMCB APP, apply “MasterSW” features.

32. Confirm “All ON” and “All OFF” response to control success.

33. Network setup completed

34. Note: Chinese SSID name will not able to connect with iMCB.

35. Setup 4: iMCB channel address configuration

36. Open iMCB APP, Select “iControl”

37. Select right top “Name it Limited”, ”Setup”,”Modify”

38. Follow APP instruction, “OFF” to all circuit breaker, then “Start”

39. Click “Start”, all MCB yellow LED start blinking.

40. Refer to APP instruction, press and hold on first MCB “ON/OFF” key for 5 secs.

41. Then, all the yellow LED will switch OFF one by one, indicate setup completed

42. If multi level iMCB, please repeat above operation, click “Finish” after completed

43. Setup 5: iMCB address manual setup

44. Address is usually base on iMCB physical installation.

45. From left to right, master MCB address is one, then the rest.

46. Multi level iMCB, address started upper level, then lower level.

47. Hold on 13 sec. at the first MCB’s “ON/OFF” key to enter address setup mode.

48. The yellow LED lighten up after key released, the first iMCB module had enter configuration mode.

49. Since it located at first left, address 1, we program the address by press “ON/OFF” button once

50. Then press hold “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec
Then press hold “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec., first module address 1 setup completed.

51. Second module, Hold on 13 sec
Second module, Hold on 13 sec. at the second MCB’s left “ON/OFF” key to enter configuration mode.

52. The yellow LED lighten up after key released, the second iMCB module had enter configuration mode.

53. It located as second left, address 2, we programmed the address by press “ON/OFF” button twice.

54. Then press & hold the second “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec
Then press & hold the second “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec., second module address 2 setup completed.

55. Right module iMCB do not require address setup, it will use the last left address 2 as reference, default as 3 in this case.

56. Third module, Hold on 13 sec
Third module, Hold on 13 sec. at the third iMCB’s left “ON/OFF” key to enter configuration mode.

57. The yellow LED lighten up after key released, the third iMCB module had enter configuration mode.

58. Since located at address 4, we programmed the address by press “ON/OFF” button 4 times.

59. Then press & hold the fourth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec
Then press & hold the fourth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec., third module address 4 setup completed.

60. Right module iMCB do not require address setup, it will use the last left address 4 as reference, default as 5 in this case.

61. Fourth module, Hold on 13 sec
Fourth module, Hold on 13 sec. at the third iMCB’s left “ON/OFF” key to enter configuration mode.

62. The yellow LED lighten up after key released, the fourth iMCB module had enter configuration mode.

63. Since located at address 6, we programmed the address by press “ON/OFF” button 6 times.

64. Then press & hold the sixth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec
Then press & hold the sixth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec., third module address 4 setup completed.

65. Right module iMCB do not require address setup, it will use the last left address 6 as reference, default as 7 in this case.

66. Fifth module, Hold on 13 sec
Fifth module, Hold on 13 sec. at the iMCB’s left “ON/OFF” key to enter configuration mode.

67. The yellow LED lighten up after key released, the fifth iMCB module had enter configuration mode.

68. Since located at address 8, we programmed the address by press “ON/OFF” button 8 times.

69. Then press & hold the eighth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec
Then press & hold the eighth “ON/OFF” button for 13 sec., fifth module address 4 setup completed.

70. Right module iMCB do not require address setup, it will use the last left address 8 as reference, default as 9 in this case.

71. Manual iMCB address setup completed, communication module will automatic resume with new address setup.
