5. Where are we now?
Potential donors have expressed caution regarding the future maintenance
Reassurance needed from CEC to donors that their contributions will leave a legacy for the City
Fundraising and design development temporarily suspended until we can give this assurance

6. Working with CEC to develop a Business Case (OBC)
3 facilitated workshops held in January to identify key areas of OBC
Agree what can be offered for donor assurance
Develop a sustainable maintenance model
Reassurance to the public on access and usage
Complete Business Case for review at Finance and Resources Committee in March
