Patients referred to tertiary liver clinic by CNC if signs of cirrhosis, other liver disease or Fibroscan score >7kPa. ##Referral recommended if ALT elevated. ###Referral recommended if ALT elevated or HCC screening abnormal or HBV DNA >20,000IU.
