To produce scientific use files to be used by eligible researchers
One standard file fulfilling the needs of all researchers (no anonymisation on request)
National differences possible if agreed

7. Partial anonymisation proposal in brief
Recoding of the identifying variables
Removing of detailed geographical coordinates;
Reducing information about the farms and their management;
Merging detailed categories of some production variables or removing them completely;
Top coding the holdings with highest numbers of animals: calculating the average of top 3 farms and replacing their values with this average
