4. Musical Calendar Conflicts need to be turned into Mr. Pierce ASAP!
Being absent from rehearsal WITHOUT contacting Mr. Pierce is unacceptable.
3 missed unexcused rehearsals will result in recasting.

5. Tech Week Mandatory Rehearsals – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Sunday – March 11th – 2:00-9:00 Rehearsal
Monday - March 12th – 5:00-?
Tuesday – March 13th – 5:00-?
Wednesday – March 14th – 5:00-?

6. Tech Week Performances: Thursday – March 15th
School Assembly
Senior Citizen Show – During the School Day
Friday – March 16th - Call Time 5:00
Saturday – March 17th – Call Time 5:00
Sunday – March 18th - Call Time 12:00
Strike – Mandatory – Following Final Show
Cast Party will follow Strike

7. Parent Volunteers
You will be contacted for each area that you signed up for on the Audition Form.
Volunteer Badge needed for everything except Set Building!

Production Fee - $30 cash/check
Due at First Rehearsal – Nov. 28th
Script Hold - $30 – cash/check
Will be returned at the end of the show once the script is returned in good condition.
Students will NOT receive a script without the fee
