3 Important Reminders! MC 101 - Payroll
Overtime is not allowable by CDE for Mini-Corps Once students work in overtime status, they must be paid overtime wages.

4 Overtime Solution? MC 101 - Payroll Review Timecard Online weekly.
On weeks with planned Saturday training, employees can use a Non Duty day in the middle of the week to insure overtime is not incurred.

5 Variable Employees and Overtime
MC Payroll Variable Employees and Overtime Overtime occurs when: An employee works more than 5 days in a row, and averages more than 20 hours in that week. Overtime will occur on the 6th and 7th work day. Tuesday – Saturday 5 days = 26 hours Therefore the 6th and 7th day are OT An employee works more than 8 hours on any day.
