3 PROGRAM BELIEFS Get kids involved. 1.5 Platoon.
Try to start 22. Be aggressive in all 3 phases. Make football fun. Make lower levels important.

4 LOWER LEVELS We play a varsity, JV, and freshman schedule.
WILL SACRAFICE WINS TO GET MORE KIDS ON THE FIELD. Youth Camps. Spring youth 7 on 7. Youth leagues BE INVOLVED. HAVE CONTROL.

5 OFF SEASON Win in the weight room.
Find a way to make it fun and important. We use peer pressure for attendance. We include speed work and flexibility. Individual QB workouts. QB’S lead route throwing.

6 TITAN OLYMPICS Make everything a competition.
8 Best returning leaders are captains. 8 Captains draft their teams. POINTS GAINED Max Outs Competitions Community Service Grades POINTS SUBTRACTED Missing Weights Poor Grades

7 SUMMER Try to walk the line between preparation and overkill.
We choose to “Play Up.” Use the summer to install and get basic reps. End the summer with team camp the week before 2nd moratorium.

8 PRACTICE ORGANIZATION
Cut practice in half offense and defense. Up-tempo practices. Play fast. Coach fast. Coaches carry the tempo. Condition through practice. Keep kids involved. Cut practice as the year goes on.

9 PRACTICE SCHEDULE Offensive emphasis 1st. Defensive emphasis 2nd.

Film, Scouting Report, Go through adjustments. Tuesday Study tables. Full Pads. Wednesday Thursday Pre-game Friday Gameday Saturday Injury Check. Run and lift. Sunday Staff meetings.

11 OFFENSIVE GAMEPLANNING
What is your goals? We have 2. WIN & SCORE! We are a take what they give you type of team. But we ATTACK! Find their holes within what you do. Always have a “junk” period in practice.

12 FILM BREAKDOWN Fronts and stunts. DL Personnel.
OL Coach Blitzes and GL defense. LB Personnel. RB Coach Coverages, empty defense, adjustment to motion. DB Personnel. WR Coach Formation adjustment. Odds and ends. HC
