2. Livewire Login Page
This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.
If you have forgot your password you can use the ‘Forgot your password’ link.
The online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required.

3. Home Page When you log in you will be taken to the Home page.
Under the Services option you will find links to other services that will assist you with your booking.
When you log in you will be taken to the Home page.
From here you can select your traveller, choose which element of travel you require or update user profiles.

5. To book on the Eurostar click on the icon

6. Search Results
If you are unsure of the Station code, you will be able to Type this out in full.
To search for Eurostar, you will enter the Departure and Arrival details as if you are searching for a flight.

7. Finalise Trip

8. Confirm Booking A list of available fares will be shown.
 A summary of the selected journey is shown at the top of the page.

Select your fare, form the list and select continue to proceed with your booking.

9. If you have any preferences stored within your profile, these will show on the preferences page.

10. You have the option to ‘complete this booking’ or book this and add car, hotel or another air booking. .
Once you have selected the required Journey and fare you should continue to the end of the booking process and complete all mandatory information.
Once you complete the booking you will be given a reference number and an confirmation.

11. Once you have selected Confirm , your screen will change to a Confirmation Screen.
A Confirmation will be sent automatically from the Online Booking Tool.
