8 Stewardship Adherence to laws and regulations requiring non-discriminatory practices Operating within short- and long-term budgeting goals Administrative and accounting procedures distinguishing merit, tuition remission, and need-based programs

Objective and equitable assessment of financial need Maintain separation from the admissions decision Equal standards of behavior and performance Documented policies and procedures

10 Partnership With Parents
Family bears primary responsibility Funding priority to those who demonstrate financial need Support continues as long as need is demonstrated Make and communicate decisions in a timely manner Provide outreach, education and guidance Safeguard confidential information

11 Whole-School Commitment
Support collaboration between offices Head, admissions, business, development, athletics Building knowledge of faculty, other staff Boards and committee roles Parents talk—who controls those messages?
