2. Electronic submission project proposals in the framework of the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme “Greece – Albania 2014 – 2020
During the electronic submission, it is strongly advised NOT to USE Internet Explorer as a browser.
The English version of Chrome, Firefox are suitable for this procedure.

4. Project Proposal
The user enters his/her credentials in the respective fields (username/ password) and presses the Login button.
The user selects the English version of the system by pressing on the English flag.
The user selects the tab Projects Programmes

6. Create a new project proposal
To create a new project proposal, please select the option

Click on Search for Call S/N
Several calls of different Programmes may be open and running, thus included in the search list. Please be careful and choose the one you aim to apply for.
Type the project title and click on accept button (The title is not finalized. It can be edited also in later stages of the application procedure, but before the submission to the JS/MA.)

9. MIS code
In order for the project to obtain an MIS code the minimum requirements are
Project acronym
Geographical location
Following that, press create button and the system generates the unique MIS code of the project.

12. A. Project Identification
Certain fields are pre-filled in by the system
The user has to fill in the following:
Project Acronym: An acronym for the project is obligatory
Beneficiary protocol and date: the user has to put the number of the protocol of the submitted project proposal in this field.
Submission protocol and date: the user has to put the protocol and date of submission to the JS of the approved AF.
Start and end date of the project (duration)

The following fields have to be filled in:
Thematic Priority (as in AF excell file)
Specific Objective(as in AF excell file)
Territory Type (not applicable)
Intervention Field (to be filled in according to the instructions of the JS)

14. B. Lead Beneficiary /Project Beneficiaries / Associated Partners
Project Beneficiaries: By using the “+” add sign and the respective search box. The user is able to find and add all beneficiaries that participate in the project proposal.
To find the Beneficiary Code (Body Code), the user has to search throughout the search box, by typing a part of the body title.
It is obligatory that the LEAD beneficiary has to be filled in first

In the Budget section, the user has to enter the annual allocation of the project budget in project level.
The rows represent the years of implementation. More rows can be added through the “add” button.

23. D. Budget
For the Budget the user selects the WP, the Beneficiary the deliverable the Budget Line and fills in the Title
The same procedure needs to be followed as many times as necessary

25. Proposal Attachments
The user may upload all obligatory and optional files according to the call for proposals and the project proposal itself.
By pressing on the “Attach new file” button, the respective file will be uploaded.
Adding and removing/ deleting documents may occur at any time during the elaboration of the project proposal and before the submission.
It is obligatory to attach:
the Application Form & SoBC as submitted
the Application Form & SoBC as approved

27. Validation
Following the completion of the Project Proposal in the electronic MIS, the Project Proposal has to be validated. The validation procedure will show any errors, flaws or inconsistencies that might occur or if any of the obligatory call documents are missing.
Don’t forget to press Save when necessary

28. Submission
When the validation has been successfully completed, it is suggested to read through the print out carefully before clicking on the “Submit” button.
No further modifications are allowed (on the project proposal) after this stage.
