3. CD Order Processes CD order processes enable NIH staff to request and communicate CD orders to the CD contractor, and enable the contractor to effectively create and deliver the CDs. CD order processes are dependent on previous data entries into IMPAC II Review Module, where applications are assigned to study section meetings and reviewers, and conflicts are identified.
